Bitcoin storage is EXTREMELY important. You will want to get a device for cold storage. This is storage not connected to your computer or online.
You don't want to store Bitcoin on any kind of exchange very long. This is because of it being an unregulated space and I don't trust anyone to hold Bitcoin I've paid for long.
